Favorite Location in Croatia: Crikvenica

Location, location, location! It is so important when making big decisions, such as deciding where you want to go on your next trip. You are in luck because Crikvenica, Croatia's location offers the best vacation and I'm going to tell you why. The city sits along the northern coastal region of the Adriatic sea, also known as the "Kvarner Coast or Region" of Croatia near the Vinodol Valley, which means "wine valley" and the Velebit mountain range. Being in the northern part of the country, summers tend to be more comfortable while winters can be cooler. There is rarely snow on the coast, however, you will find plenty of it as you venture into the nearby mountains. One minute you can be on the beach and in a 45 minute drive you can be at a ski center.
