About
Hello! Bok!
I'm Jessica Cerović, owner of North Coast Croatia Travel Agency and your dedicated travel advisor. Here's a little bit about me...
I'm an American married to a Croatian and have been traveling to Croatia every year since 2010.
I worked on cruise ships for five years traveling to over 40 countries and my husband, Igor, still works for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line so I always know the most up to date information for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Silver Seas, TUI & Hapag-Lloyd cruise lines.
I am a certified Travel Advisor & Cruise Specialist and I belong to the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA).
My vast experience and first hand knowledge allows me to tailor trips to any clients wants and desires. Let me take care of organizing all components of your trip for a stress free, once in a lifetime vacation. If you're looking for travel to Croatia from the US, I'm your gal!

That's my husband, Igor, and I in the photos during our wedding reception in 2014 in Crikvenica at Sabbia Restaurant on the Adriatic Sea.
We met in 2010 while working on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Igor was an HVAC Engineer from Crikvenica and I was a professional dancer from Virginia. In 2018, Igor became a dual citizen of Croatia and the USA.

Igor grew up along the northern coastal region of Croatia and like they always say, a local knows best! Igor's family lives in Crikvenica, a quaint seaside tourist hotspot for most Europeans in the summer. We currently live in Florida but travel back to Croatia every year to visit family, friends and take care of our rental apartments during the summer tourist season.

We own two summer rental apartments in Crikvenica where we host guests from all over the world. Both the one bedroom and two bedroom have views of the Adriatic Sea from their windows and are a five minute walk to the beach and ten minute walk to the shops and restaurants in town.

The north coast region surrounding Crikvenica provides so much more than just a beach including wineries, national parks, Nikola Tesla's home, five star cuisine and much more. The third largest city is just a 20 minute drive away named Rijeka, which translates to "River" in English. There are over 1,000 islands in Croatia and you can visit several of them in the north with a short ferry or boat ride. You can be at sea level one minute and in less than a one hour drive at a ski center. It's no wonder this area of Croatia is becoming such a popular destination for tourists not only in the summer and from Europe, but all seasons and from all around the world.
Europeans have been vacationing on the north coast for centuries. It's like an unspoken secret and it definitely does not get the credit it deserves because the majority of attention from America's travel and tourism industry is on the southern Dalmatian coast.
My goal is to change this and share my love for this part of the country and its culture with fellow travelers who want a more unique, less typical tourist experience.

So, if you are planning a trip to Croatia, consider seeing the north coast.
I highly recommend it!
